Apologies right out of the gate. Our camera has difficulty catching action shots without the flash. Unfortunately, when the flash in on sometimes the pictures look a bit washed out depending on how well lit the environment is. I said all of that to say that some of these pictures are a little blurry due to a lack of flash being used. Hope you enjoy them anyway!
This is the card from the flowers that Lorelai sent me. That little girl is quite crafty to have gotten hold of a credit card at such a young age. :)
Speaking of the flowers, here they are. The bouquet was a mixture of sterling roses, my favorite, and other unidentified flowers as I am no botanist.
Mother's Day morning we met the Jacob side of the family at IHOP. Lorelai looks like she's pulling Sierra's hair but she is actually playing with a spoon. Grandmother Catherine/Ma and Grandpap look thrilled to have their two precious granddaughters spending the morning with them.
Sierra appears to be creating more pronounced dimples. They definitely run in the Jacob grandchildren.
Aunt Lisa giving us a sweet smile. She appeared to be feeling much better after being under the weather at Sierra's birthday party the previous day.
A tete-a-tete moment between Uncle Rob and Lorelai. (For those that didn't have the PRIVILEGE-ha ha-of taking 5 years of French that phrase means "head-to-head.")
Lorelai looks like she's singing her heart out, when in reality she's trying to ingest flatware. Not sure what Sierra is eating, but there is a good possibility it is either her mom's french toast or Lorelai's Graduates.
That afternoon we had a Mother's Day lunch with the Crosby clan. As is evident by the giant marlin coming out of my daughter's head we were at a seafood restaurant, Harbor Inn to be exact.
My mom requested that this picture not be included, but it was the one in which both of them were looking at the camera.
Granddaddy making funny faces while Lorelai looks on with amusement. Having a post-meal stroll around the restaurant.
Getting a ride from Daddy.
No special comment, just liked this picture.

A rare photo of the parents together. Usually one of us is holding the camera while the other is being photographed. I must say we look quite "springy" in our light, bright colors. Was unable to get a picture of just Lorelai and me so I took matters into my own hands.Giving the ladder a climb before heading home. If you look closely you will notice she is only wearing one sock. That's about par for the course with her.
