When we left the big "5th of July" party on Saturday, which I will post pictures from very soon, Lorelai gave Sierra a hug and it sounded like she said "bye, bye." Of course, we all know how it is with parenting. You want them to talk so badly that sometimes gurgles and garbles sound like words. Well, yesterday Lorelai started saying "dada" and today I attempted to capture it in my cell phone. She will say it upon request although not specifically in reference to Dan. *Warning: She lets out a bit of a shriek at the end of the video which is quite loud.*

Now that she's started there's no turning back. She will probably talk your ears off from here on out - or at least until she graduates from high school!
