Happy Halloween!

On Saturday morning before trick-or-treating Lorelai, Miller, and I hung out with Ma for a bit. Her house was decorated for the big day and I got a few pics of the kids in some of their Halloween-ish attire.

As most, if not all, of you know I despise having my picture taken. Here's one of those odd, very rare moments when I actually consented to coming out in front of the lens.

Fall Photo Shoot at Falls Park

Here Jamie was trying to elicit any type of response from Lorelai, as my usually animated child was being quite stoic. Jamie kept asking her how old she was and kept saying the wrong number to see what Lorelai would do. She very adamantly told her that she was TWO!!! :)

Not a great picture, but it was the only one that was even remotely decent of the two of them. They were sitting on a wall, Lorelai insisted on trying to hold Miller by herself, and she was nearly choking him. Ah well, there's always the Christmas shoot to look forward to.

A Girl for All Seasons

Over the weekend I attempted to transition Lorelai's wardrobe to fall and winter. A few items apparently caught her eye because she immediately wanted to try them on. She ended up wearing her pajama pants, a light up Halloween shirt, a toboggan, gloves, and saddle shoes. It also appears that we have a budding photographer on our hands.

You can't really tell, but his onesie has the face of a jack-o'-lantern on it. His socks look like candy corn and have faces with fangs on them. Don't you just love this holiday?!
